Jazz Workshop Performance – Denali Arts Council
Sheldon Community Arts HangarDenali Arts Council presents a jazz performance featuring Maestro Rocco John Iacovone /E-ya-ka-vone-ay/ and local Jazz Workshop participates on Thursday, July 2nd at the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar. Rocco is a composer, musician, teaching-artist and plays Alto and Soprano Saxophones and Piano. Doors at 6:30pm and music at 7pm. Tickets are available at denaliartscouncil.org

Talkeetna Historical Society seeking artists
Talkeetna MuseumThe Talkeetna Historical Society is seeking artists to decorate wooden salmon cutouts for their upcoming Salmon Run Art Auction fundraiser. The completed artwork is due by July 15th. Those who are interested may stop by the museum or call Autumn at (907)304-0321 to coordinate a pickup time. The museum is open every day from 9am to 5pm.
