Teen Book to Movie – Talkeetna Library
Talkeetna Public Library TalkeetnaTalkeetna Library hosts their Teen Book to Movie program on Saturday, March 28th from 6 to 8pm. The movie this month is Stardust, based on the book by Neil Gaiman. Teens aged 13 to 18 are invited to discuss the book, enjoy the movie and share some pizza. This is the last one for the season.

Made for the Stage – Dead Inside Performance – Denali Arts Council
Sheldon Community Arts HangarDenali Arts Council's after school theater program, Made for the Stage, presents Dead Inside: A Zombie Guide to Using Your Brains, featuring three original plays – Your Own Drum, Not That Kind Of Scared, and Zombie/Normie. Performances are at 7pm on Friday and Saturday, March 27th and 28th and at 2pm on Sunday, March 29th at the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar. Scholarship opportunity – Sunshine Community Health Center
Sunshine Community Health Center (SCHC) Student Scholarship Program supports high school seniors pursuing degrees or certificates in health care, behavioral health, and social services by awarding scholarships of up to $2,500. These scholarships recognize students who have demonstrated leadership, community involvement, and a dedication to wellness, helping to build a stronger health workforce in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley and beyond.
