All are welcome to purchase a dinner of spaghetti, salad and garlic bread. There will also be a silent auction. Winter Speaker Series – Elodea in Alaska – Susitna River Coalition
VirtualThe Susitna River Coalition hosts a Winter Speaker Series presentation on Elodea (uh-low-dee-uh) in Alaska on Wednesday, March 25th from 6 to 7pm via Zoom. Cody Jacobson of the Alaska Department of Natural Resources – Division of Agriculture will provide an overview of Elodea biology, documented locations in Alaska, and current efforts to control and contain the invasive aquatic plant. Information about potential habitat effects in river systems such as the Susitna drainage will also be discussed.
