The run starts at the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar at 12pm, winding through some soggy spring snow along the Chase Trail, and finishing at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. Scholarship opportunity – Sunshine Community Health Center
Sunshine Community Health Center (SCHC) Student Scholarship Program supports high school seniors pursuing degrees or certificates in health care, behavioral health, and social services by awarding scholarships of up to $2,500. These scholarships recognize students who have demonstrated leadership, community involvement, and a dedication to wellness, helping to build a stronger health workforce in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley and beyond.

Talkeetna MuseumThe Talkeetna Historical Society is seeking artists to decorate wooden salmon cutouts for their upcoming Salmon Run Art Auction fundraiser. The completed artwork is due by June 15th.
