20th Anniversary T shirt and Mug Art contest

Announcing the t-shirt and Mug design Contest for KTNA’s 20th anniversary

Deadline is Monday, December 10, 2012 by 5:30 pm. Everyone is welcome to enter the competition. Submit designs in person at the KTNA Studio on Second St.; Mail to KTNA, PO Box 300, Talkeetna, AK 99676; or email info@KTNA.org and include your name and way to contact you. Designs will become the property of KTNA Talkeetna 88.9 FM

Rules:
The t-shirt design and mug design must be “camera ready” art. The t shirt’s design size is to be 8” in Width x 11” in Height. KTNA will be printing 2 color design maximum, although artists are welcome to submit a one color design.

The mug/coffee cup design can be submitted large, but understand that small details will be lost in translation, since the final printed design will be 2” x 3” in size. If a design larger than this is submitted, just understand that it will be reduced to fit the mug. The design will be on both sides of the mug, so 2 seperate designs are allowed. (see mugs from the past 3 years to understand.) Designers are welcome to submit an actual coffee cup shape/design if they wish, although the judges have the final say as to mug size/shape. The t-shirt can have a small left chest design on front with the large design on back OR as in recent years, large design on front with small quote on back.
Both mug and tshirt design MUST contain the following in no particular order:
KTNA Talkeetna 88.9 FM ; Community Radio for the Susitna Valley; Talkeetna, Alaska;
20th Anniversary or/and 1993-2013
