The Upper Susitna Seniors hosts three introductory sessions for an upcoming Depression & Anxiety Recovery Program at the Upper Susitna Community and Senior Center. Each introductory session is about one hour long, those interested can choose to attend one of the following dates: Saturday, December 6th at 4pm, Sunday, December 7th at 2pm, or Monday, December 8th at 6pm. The Depression & Anxiety Recovery Program begins in January, pre-registration will be available for those who feel this program is a good fit for them.
