The Su-Valley Parent-Teacher-Student Association is hosting a fundraising silent auction during the Crowley Basketball Tournament at the Su-Valley Jr/Sr High School. The auction opens today and closes around 3 pm on Saturday the 14th. The auction includes items donated by local businesses and individuals from across the Northern Susitna Valley. The games started Thursday run through Saturday, February 15th with the final games scheduled at 3:00 and 4:30 pm. For the complete game schedule visit the school's Facebook page:. Talkeetna Youth Hockey Association hosts the 6th Annual Talkeetna Bonspiel on Friday, February 14th through Sunday, February 16th at the Jack McDonald Ice Rink. The curling competitions are open for public spectators. More information at talkeetnacurling.org. The rink is closed for public skating through February 16th, in order to prepare and maintain the ice.
