Sunshine Community Health Center is offering Dear Body, an eight-week virtual group therapy series focused on healing your relationship with food and body image through the principles of Intuitive Eating. - Willow Library Mentoring Program meets each Wednesday from 3:15 to 4:30pm. This program is open to all Willow Elementary Students. Additional mentors are needed.
- Story Time followed by free play in the Community Center is on Thursdays at 11am. This is geared toward ages 0-5, but all are welcome.

Summer Reading Program – Talkeetna Public Library
Talkeetna Public Library TalkeetnaThe Talkeetna Public Library's Summer Reading Program is on Thursdays
- Today the Summer Reading Program begins at 1pm. This week’s theme is Fairy Houses and Woodland Dwellings. Also, the library is creating a rock snake named William Snakespeare. Supplies for rock painting are available to use in the building or to borrow to make a snake segment at home. Bring your segments in to get varnished and added to the sculpture.
- Weekly meal backpacks, provided by Upper Susitna Food Pantry, are available at the front desk on Thursday afternoons until Saturday, or when supplies run out. These backpacks are available for children under 18 years of age to take home.
There are 2 more weeks of activities and reading incentives, all ages are welcome to attend. All reading logs must be turned in by Noon on Thursday, August 7th. For more information, you may call the library at 907-861-7645 and visit their Facebook Page.
