    Sheldon Community Arts Hangar

    Professional teaching artist, Denise Iacovone is offering 3 art workshops this summer at the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar.
    The first is a Contour Line Drawing Workshop. Participants will learn how to work in contour line, creating multiple experimental drawings in a studio setting. This two-day workshop is on Friday, June 26th, and Monday, June 29th.

    The band Triple Black Diamonds perform as part of a campaign to raise awareness for Multiple Sclerosis on Saturday, June 27th starting at 7pm at Mountain High Pizza in Talkeetna. You can learn more about their campaign with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society online.

    The Talkeetna Historical Society is seeking artists to decorate wooden salmon cutouts for their upcoming Salmon Run Art Auction fundraiser. The completed artwork is due by July 15th.
