Book Sale – Friends of the Talkeetna Library
Talkeetna Public Library TalkeetnaThe Friends of the Talkeetna Library are holding a Book Sale at the Talkeetna Public Library beginning Friday, March 27. Items include new and lightly used books, videos, audio books, and even some VHS tapes. Proceeds support the Talkeetna Library's programs for all ages. There will also be coffee. Teen Book to Movie – Talkeetna Library
Talkeetna Public Library TalkeetnaTalkeetna Library hosts their Teen Book to Movie program on Saturday, March 28th from 6 to 8pm. The movie this month is Stardust, based on the book by Neil Gaiman. Teens aged 13 to 18 are invited to discuss the book, enjoy the movie and share some pizza. This is the last one for the season.

Beginner’s Ukulele Class – Community Enrichment – Talkeetna Elementary PTA

Competitive Pickle Ball – Community Enrichment – Talkeetna Elementary PTA
Talkeetna Elementary SchoolTalkeetna Elementary PTA hosts Competitive Pickleball for knowledgeable players seeking competitive bouts from 5 to 8 pm on Wednesday, April 1st. Attendees will rotate through games of four players at a time, equipment is available if you do not have your own. Wednesday evening pickleball is held at Talkeetna Elementary School's gym, play will move outside to the hockey rink when weather and temperatures permit.
