Public comment on the 58 Proposed Study Plans for the Susitna Watana Hydroelectric Dam were filed by November 14th. Coalition for Susitna Dam member Becky Long has reviewed the comments on the proposed studies, and says 41 study plan comments were submitted: 23 from individuals, 10 from Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO), 7 from state and federal government agencies, 1 from Alaska Native Corporation.

On December 14th the AEA will release the Revised Study Plans, and the final chance for public comment on the Study Plans will be due by January 18th, 2013
