A flood advisory has been extended through 12:45 pm Wednesday for streams draining from the Talkeetna Mountains. Yesterday’s heavy rainfall resulted in overflowing levels across the Anchorage/Mat-Su Valley.
As of August 9th, there were seven roadblocks and eight road closures: W Little John Dr, W Wilderness Cr, N Maid Marian Dr, Sitze Rd, W Schrock Rd at Sunrise, Moose Meadows Rd, N Burrow St, and W River Aire Dr.
