In this episode Trisha Costello is joined by the librarians representing Willow, Talkeetna and Trapper Creek Borough libraries.  They describe and discuss the unique programs at each library.   Jillian Morrissey with the Mat Su Borough’s Community Development department joins the conversation to give us an understanding of how the libraries are managed and funded.  She also explains the difference between the various library boards and what roles they play.
