The Breakfast Book Club meets at the Talkeetna Public Library on Wednesday, December 10th at 9:30am. An option to attend via Zoom is available. This month’s selection is The Fox Wife by Yangsze Choo. On Wednesday, December 10th from 6-9PM, the Susitna River Coalition is hosting an evening of film and community conversation at the Talkeetna Roadhouse. This year’s feature is Blue Heart, Patagonia’s documentary about the last wild rivers of the Balkans and the grassroots efforts to protect them from large hydropower development. Following the short film, SRC will share a presentation and updates on current projects and a look ahead to 2026. Snacks and drinks will be available. All are welcome to attend.
