The Talkeetna Recycling Committee is holding its monthly meeting on Monday, June 1st at 4:30PM via zoom. All who are interested in recycling are welcome to attend. If you are unable to pick up your lunch on Thursday between noon and 1, please let the library know and they can hold them for you. The Susitna River Coalition and partners host the fifth annual Plants for Salmon on Saturday, June 6th from 10 am to 1 pm at Caswell Lake. Volunteers will help plant native trees and shrubs to support salmon habitat and streambank restoration efforts. Participants are encouraged to bring gloves and sturdy shoes.
