In this episode host Trisha Costello is joined over the phone by Dr. Paul Forman to discuss this month’s theme, Cardiovascular Health. There are also updates provided by Clinic staff regarding work anniversaries, job openings, meetings and events. Later in the hour the discussion turns to the emotional and mental aspects we consider to be matters of the heart. Helen Michaelson is a Care Manager with the Clinic and joins the conversation in person in the studio. We also hear from clinic staff and local elementary school kids as they describe their heart healthy routines, tell us what it means to be a ‘good hearted’ person and finally offer us suggestions on ways we can become ‘good hearted’ people.
